1. If the client is to change any of the work without consulting McIntosh Communications we will no longer be held responsible for the out come of your PR or any of the other services that we carried out for your company.
   
   
2. The Optimization process takes from 10-14 days to complete but we withhold the right to take up to 20 days in case of any hold-ups that we may have.
   
   
3. It is our aim at McIntosh Communications to take care of any web site promotions that your company may want and generate placements on the natural listings of search engines but we cannot guarantee an increase in the sales as this is solely up to the client and his/her business.
   
   
4. The Links added to the clients site are to increase the sites PR, but as Google only updates it's tool bar every 12 weeks (roughly) the client may not see an increase until this period has passed. We cannot be held liable for how crawlers work.
   
   
5. Here at McIntosh Communications we only take on a limited amount of clients from each industry but should a client wish to be the only business from an industry a contract stating this will be made up. For this service there maybe an extra charge.
   
   
6. If a client is unhappy with the results E.g. No increase in the PR or natural listing ranking after a 6 month period 50% of the initial fee will be reimbursed or if the client wishes we can restructure the site to rectify the problem.
   
   
7. Google is the main search engine any business wants to be ranking on but we will aim to generate high listings on all major search engines.
   
   
8. Any information given to any member of staff at McIntosh Communications will be confidential and treated wth respect.
   
   
9. If a client does not want to part with passwords and server address information for there site to be optimised the work has to be carried out and should be mailed registered delivery to insure the best security for the client.
